Our client is building a nationwide network of independent assembly and installation contractors. We're seeking a proactive Partner Outreach Assistant to recruit, onboard, and grow their contractor partner network across multiple states.
What You'll Do
Partner Recruitment
Proactively reach out to independent assembly/installation contractors to join the networkPitch the partnership opportunity and communicate the value proposition effectivelyManage your own outreach pipeline and track recruitment progressOnboarding & Network Growth
Onboard new contractor partners and get them set up in the systemMaintain and nurture relationships with existing contractorsGrow the contractor network strategically across multiple statesRequirements
Required Qualifications
Excellent communication and sales skills to effectively recruit contractor partnersAbility to work independently and manage your own outreach activitiesFamiliarity with sales prospecting tools and software (CRMs, dialer apps, outreach platforms)Strong English communication skills with a neutral accentSelf-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up abilitiesComfortable making high-volume outreach calls and emailsCompensation
