ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of a dedicated Healthcare CSR to join our team as part of our Medical Census campaign. As a Healthcare CSR, you will play a crucial role in gathering and maintaining accurate patient information for our healthcare clients. Responsibilities:
Utilize electronic claim submission platforms and billing portals to process and submit claims accurately and efficiently. Perform precise data entry to ensure timely and error-free claim submissions. Review claims and invoices with strong attention to detail to verify accuracy and completeness. Research, identify, and resolve billing discrepancies independently. Apply critical thinking to determine claim eligibility and ensure proper coding is used. Maintain compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and payer requirements throughout the billing process.
Requirements
6 months - 1 year BPO experienceKnowledge with Healthcare claims and insurance is a PLUS, not requiredExcellent verbal and written English skillsProficient in using MS Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)Willing to work onsite in MakatiAmenable working night shiftBenefits
