Account specific roles and responsibilities
Make the necessary update on the insurance files for change of insurance plan, coverage, enrollment and terminationReview invoices ensuring accurate details are reflected on the invoice this includes but not limited to invoice number, invoice date, company, hours rendered and billed amountEnter invoices accurately to the client tools. Update spreadsheets as needed. Follow up on missing invoice or timesheets to the company. Accurately submit taxes for the employees on a monthly and quarterly basis. Respond to client inquiries accurately and timely. Handle sensitive patient data with confidentiality and integrity.
Requirements
At least 6 months accounting experienceAP experience is a plusBPO experience is a PLUS, not requiredFamiliar with MS ToolsGood Verbal and Written English Communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-driven, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.Willing to work onsite in Shaw, MandaluyongAmenable working night shiftBenefits
