We are looking for a dynamic and Associate, Key Account Management - Expansion to join our team in Vietnam. You will manage and expand relationships with our important accounts, creating growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue and strengthen client relationshipsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accountsCollaborate with teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needsConduct regular account reviews and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvementNegotiate contracts and renewals to secure long-term partnershipsStay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developmentsMaintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in CRM systemsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and team membersExceed assigned sales targetsBe an primary contact for assigned main accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly What Essential Skills You Will Need
