What you will do:
Support end-users with reporting updates, troubleshooting, and data validationContribute to roadmap planning by advising on reporting/analytics feasibility, risks, and best practicesAssist with the completion of EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and participate in data load testing to ensure successful data integrationAbility to translate HR business needs to design and develop Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix etc.), dashboards, and analytics for HR Maintain custom reports and dashboards and documentation for reports and associated processes, ensuring all reports are accurate, efficient, and up-to-date.Work with Business Process Owners to recommend and implement enhancements and best practices that help automate, build efficiencies, enable self-service, and eliminate manual processesSupport the assigned functional areas including gathering user requirements, design, configuration, coordination of user tests and implementation in productionAnalyze Workday bi-annual releases to perform non-regression tests, assess the impact on existing configuration and suggest new enhancementsMaintain security domains and security groups, including assignments to usersBuild Workday Worksheets for audits and alerts to check data quality, identify discrepancies and establish plans to address them Coordinate with the other Workday module owners to ensure a shared governance and alignment among all modulesAct as functional expert and operational contact to provide user supportMaintain documentation for employees, managers, HR and the Workday teamAssist in the development of a change process, communication and training, enhance reporting usabilityConduct monthly HR Community meeting and weekly meeting with regional HR referentsTicket management (bugs, questions, evolutions) Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst specializing in ReportingWorkday Expertise: Strong knowledge of Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Business Objects, data sources, and dashboardsStrong understanding of Workday Security, Business Processes, and Condition rulesWorkday Reporting certification will be strong advantageExceptional attention to detail and a proactive approachStrong communication skills to work with technical and non-technical usersExperience with Workday Docs is a plusSignificant experience in designing, developing and deploying Workday reports (Advanced, Composite, Matrix etc.)Previous exposure to Talent&Performance and/or Advance Compensation will be a plus but is not mandatory You’re a true explorer: Workday Community has no secret for you!A good understanding of HR processes and ability to maintain confidential informationProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working in an international environmentA customer service mindset and approachPlease apply with your English CV.
