About this role
As Client Success Manager, you will focus on maximizing client satisfaction and value by analyzing client data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing initiatives to improve the client success process. You will report to the Senior Manager, Client Optimization.
Job responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve client retention, engagement, and expansion by identifying key metrics and success factors.Data Analysis: Leverage customer data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to the Client Success teamCustomer relationship management: Build relationships with client stakeholders, addressing concerns, and identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.Process Improvement: Implement process improvements within the client success function to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.Performance Monitoring: Track client success metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and reporting on progress to senior management.Collaboration: Work with other departments like sales, marketing, and product development to ensure seamless customer experience. Bachelor's degree10+ years experience in revenue cycle with emphasis on Patient Access within the healthcare industryProvider-based background recommendedHealthcare Project Management or Consulting experienceEPIC proficientProficient in Generative AI tools such as Co-Pilot and ChatGPTHFMA CRCR prefExcellent skills with Salesforce or a similar CRMHolistic, big-picture perspective with the ability to resolve issuesCross Functional Team Player, able to collaborate across groups and learn from others - specifically sales, marketing, product, support and implementationFlexible in working with changing needs of organizationsHigh degree of polish and professionalism appropriate for meeting with clientsUp to 25% travel required Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
