About this role

Job Scale/ Grade*: NFAPS-04 (Equivalent to BPS-09) • Performing typing, data entry, and preparing simple rough drafts. • Maintaining and organizing office files, records, and documents systematically. • Handling the File Register, Section Diary, and File Movement Register. • Registration of incoming and outgoing mail (Dak) and managing dispatch. • Preparing routine statements, reports, and simple rough drafts. • Assisting senior officials with general administrative tasks. • Creating and maintaining employee-related documents (e.g., salary slips, service books) • Minimum of 16 years education from a local HEC Recognized University, Or an equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. Should have Command on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, data entry, or computer operations, or inventory management. Punjab (1), Sindh –(Urban) (1), Sindh (Rural) (1), Merit (1) Job Location: Islamabad 5 years of general age relaxation has already been added.
