Job Scale/ Grade*: NFAPS-07 (Equivalent to BPS-17) • Assist in implementing recruitment processes including advertisement, shortlisting, verification of qualifications, and maintaining recruitment databases in compliance with applicable Rules & Regulations. • Maintain service books, personal files, and leave records for all NFA employees; process promotions, transfers, and postings as per Establishment Division guidelines; ensure compliance with probation, seniority, and absorption rules under the NFA Act, 2024. • Coordinate HR aspects of in-house and international training programs for forensic scientists and support staff, including nominations to NFA's Research and Innovation Department; track training needs for digital forensics and biometric systems as per NFA's core functions. • Support policy formulation for HR expansion, prepare monthly/quarterly HR reports for the Board of Governors. • Manage attendance, and performance evaluations; ensure gender balance and diversity in recruitment as per federal quotas; assist in coordination with provincial forensic agencies. • Any other duties assigned by the competent authority. A minimum of 16 years of education, Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or BBA (4 years) or equivalent qualification from a local HEC Recognized University, Or An equivalent foreign bachelor degree recognized by HEC of Pakistan. Should have 05 years of HR experience the public sector, autonomous bodies or international organizations. Strong Command on MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
