About this role
Master degree (or higher) in HRM/HRD or related discipline from high ranked HEC recognized university. The candidates having relevant professional international certifications will be preferred. At least 5 years relevant work experience in the area of training and capacity building preferably in public sector/development sector/international organization. Open Merit a) Identify training and professional development needs of PPRA, procuring agencies and bidders; b) Develop competency framework including certifications, accreditation, licensing etc.; c) Develop and implement a long-term professional development strategy; d) Support in developing guidelines, manuals, standardized templates and other tools to support the implementation of procurement laws, rules and regulations—including EPADS; e) Coordination and management with procuring agencies for establishment, organization and operationalization of procurement cells; f) Identify and leverage opportunities for collaboration with local/international bodies promoting public procurement profession. g) Organize, conduct and manage training sessions; h) Any other task assigned by the management.
