Sr. Specialist IT & e-Procurement - EPADS @ Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)

Minimum 16 years education, (Master’s degree or higher) in computer science, information systems, information technology, business information technology, software engineering from high ranked HEC recognized university or from abroad. The candidates having relevant international qualifications/certifications will be preferred. Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in IT field to develop/implement IT systems and/or e-governance programme of comparable size and complexity Out of 15 years at least 5 years experience in leading position. Proficiency in ERP shall be an added advantage. Open Merit (a) System development and roll-out with functionality and security compliance including e-submission and e-Evaluation; (b) Compliance with security standard and parameters and compliance with PPRA Regulatory Framework; (c) Lead IT and e-procurement teams and supervise e-procurement platform and e-office management system; (d) Develop, implement, administer, and manage IT policies, standards, and strategies; (e) Provide technical support to the e-procurement system and IT solutions to the management; (f) Oversee cloud, infra system administration and cyber security in accordance with international best practices; (g) Ensure system security along with certification from relevant bodies; (h) Any other function assigned by the management.
