About this role
PPS-2 (Equivalent) • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of network security measures to protect the organization's systems and data. • Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks. • Assist in network security testing • Monitor network traffic for suspicious activities and respond to security incidents. • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot security issues and recommend solutions. • Participate in security awareness training programs for employees. • Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies through research and training. • Responsible for overall administration and technical activities of labs. Qualification: • MS/BS in a relevant discipline of Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering such as Cyber Security, Information Security, Network Security, Information Technology, Information Assurance, etc. • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices. • Proficiency in networking and network security concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills. • Having relevant certification or training will be a plus Location of Job: Islamabad
