Qualification/Experience/Skills: ---------------------------------- - Professional degree in Human Resources (HR) from an HEC recognized local or foreign educational institution with minimum five (5) years of experience of performing human resource functions in modern corporate setup. As a key member of HR, the ideal candidate is expected to contribute in HR matters like HR planning & strategies, career planning & development, job analysis & specification, succession planning, training & development, performance management system, recruitment, etc. Preferred skills are as under: - Organizational Development (OD) - Good understanding of different HR models - Analytical skills and knowledge of latest HR information systems - Teamwork & Collaboration skills - Understanding of Labor Laws and disciplinary procedures - Good communication & interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
