- Contract (2 Years) Extendable - Equivalent to BPS-18. Qualifications: ---------------- - MBBS Qualified from a reputed institution or university (PMC recognized). - Persons having at least 10 years’ experience in relevant field will be preferred if other conditions are equal. - Valid registration with Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). Experience: ------------- - At least 10 years post qualification hospitals experience. - Preference will be given to candidates having FCPS/ MCPS degree in family medical MSPH or equivalent and working experience of Government Hospitals. - In case of FCPS, 2 years’ experience is required whereas in case of MCPS/MSPH, 4 years’ experience is required. Job Description: ------------------ - Advise FAB management/ Medical Committee on health related issue. - Ensure judicious and unbiased provision of medical services to all employees of FAB as per departmental rules. - Providing Medical consultation to the organization’s employees/ dependents and refer them accordingly to the hospitals/ Labs etc as and when required. - Visit hospitals/ medical center/ druggists in case of emergency even on Sunday/ Holidays. - Liaison with panel Hospitals/ medical centers etc. for the provision of smooth services. - Processing medical bills etc. of panel hospitals/ doctors/ druggists etc. every month at Headquarters. - Arrange seminars/ Health Education programs for the organization’s employees. - Keeping the Organization Head informed about health related matters from time to time. - Taking all preventive measures (including vaccination) for prevention of disease in the department. - Keeping a strict watch on medical expenses of the department to make the system cost-effective, suggesting measures from time to time to control the medical expenses. - Prepare annual medical budget. - Maintain Employees personal data and keep the record updated. - Manage the processes related to compliance by following Organizational Policies, SoPs and guidelines. - Market competitive salary will be offered. - ToRs may be downloaded from FAB website.
