Job Description - Provide administrative and documentation support for the new HQ building project, including procurement files, contracts, progress reports and project correspondence. Qualification - Bachelors / Graduation (1st Division) Essential - Minimum 2-year relevant experience, in public / private sector - Proficient in MS Office and official correspondence Preferred - Master’s degree (Admin / Project Management) IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 1. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. 2. No TA/DA shall be admissible for appearing in the test/interview. Candidates called for interview must bring original documents along with attested copies of academic / experience certificates. 3. “Preferred” conditions (where mentioned) shall only be considered when all other conditions are equal. 4.
