About this role
Eligibility Criteria: -------------------- - BSc. Civil Engineering from a recognized foreign or local University. - Minimum 15 years’ experience in Building construction. - Experience on high rise building construction projects is mandatory. - Must have understanding of Construction terms, scheduling, and planning concepts. - Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). - Familiar with Primavera/MS Project. - Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel. - Excellent Organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills. - Certified PMP will be preferred. Terms of Reference: ---------------------- - Exercise a strong check on time and cost overruns by monitoring the inputs,processes and outputs of the project. - Ensure that proper procedures for reviewing and responding to progress reports are established and follow that indicate how, what and when to monitor and evaluate. - Identify risks based on ground realities and formulate a risk mitigation plan. - Prepare and submit reports in the prescribed manner and format including recommended actions for the decision-making. - Work effectively and harmoniously with the project stakeholders (including external partners) as well as with the project staff. - Develop and use indicators to focus on results and progress of implementation. - Establish and maintain custody of all project documents and prepare and submit project status and completion reports (PC I/III/IV). - Establish and maintain a site office at Construction Site. - Any other Project related activity as assigned by the competent authority.
