The Role

As the Undergrad Programme Lead, you will work as part of a dedicated student facing team to deliver the 'Positive Futures' Pilot, a comprehensive programme designed to support students at risk of not continuing their studies or not achieving a positive graduate outcome.

You will be responsible for the operational management and delivery of the two undergraduate streams of the pilot: 'Stream 1: Stay & Succeed' (Year 1 At-Risk Students) and 'Stream 2: Discover & Define' (Final Year Students). This role is central to identifying the target student cohorts and coordinating interventions with external partners (e.g., Coachbright) and internal colleagues (e.g., Careers Consultants) to foster student retention, resilience, and career readiness.
