Job Description / Terms of Reference (ToRs): ------------------------------------------------ The ideal candidate should: - Registered as Professional Engineer with PEC. - Have good working knowledge of Project Management and Contract Management. He / She Should: - Know about MES, PWD and other provincial schedule rates etc. - Know about PPRA Rules and Regulations. - Good working and practical knowledge of Project Scheduling. - Be self-starter with the ability to work independently. - Experienced in preparation of BOQs. - Be able to plan, prepare and evaluate OPEX and CAPEX budget related to the projects. - Monitor civil projects. - Be able to carry out administrative tasks related to Civil projects. - Create reports for the management. - Have the ability to liaison and interact with Consultants and all stakeholders of civil engineering projects. - Ability to work under stress will be an asset. - Should have experience of supervising high rise buildings. - Should have hands on experience of MS Projects and Primavera software tools. - Candidates can also submit their applications along with C.V. No TA/DA will be admissible to any candidate appearing for test/interview. - FAB Organization reserves the rights to stop/withhold/cancel the process of appointment if situation warrants, without assigning any reason.
