Job summary
We are looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join the Talent Attraction team for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Previous experience within recruitment and or a similar role is desired but full training is provided. You will need to be enthusiastic, proactive and organised to support the delivery of an efficient and effective onboarding and talent attraction service to the Trust.
This role will see you working with a range of stakeholders including other Resourcing Advisors, Resourcing Business Partners, hiring managers, candidates and internal teams. You will play a pivotal role in all day-to-day recruitment administration activities.
As part of the Talent Attraction team you will also support with talent attraction campaigns and initiatives.

Main duties of the job
Manage the recruitment process for recruitment via TRAC, our recruitment applicant Tracking System Provide excellent customer service to our hiring managers by assisting them with their recruitment questions and queries within the division that you are working for Work towards reducing our time to hire to help ease our staffing needs Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent recruitment service to the organisation #OneTeamOneOUH
A typical day in the Team:
Working via TRAC and other third party platforms to ensure vacancies are moved through the recruitment life-cycle in a timely manner Respond to email queries from stakeholders in a professional and timely manner in line with our SLAs Answering the phone and dealing with phone queries Virtual and in-person meetings with stakeholders as required Sending out conditional offers of employment Make Certificate of sponsorship applications Process candidates onboarding checks in line with the NHS Checks Standards Supporting with Talent Attraction campaigns and recruitment projects as required

Person Specification
Eligibility Essential
Educated to GCSE or equivalent. Administration experience in a customer-facing role. Knowledge or use of TRAC and ESR Microsoft Office skills
Desirable
Certificate in Personnel Practice/CIPD. Previous experience of working in a recruitment office, dealing with high volume recruitment. Previous experience of providing advice on HR policies. Previous experience of working in a healthcare setting.
