Main duties of the job
Welcome and support patients, ensuring privacy, dignity and a positive experience throughout their visitAct as a patient advocate and communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary teamDeliver patient care in line with care plans under the guidance of the Senior Nurse Prepare, clean and monitor equipment, reporting any issues to senior staffAccurately record and share relevant patient observations and information

Job description Job responsibilities
Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | 4 days per week
Shifts run between 8am-6pm, with flexibility required Monday to Sunday. Rotas are planned on a fair and flexible basis.
