Key Responsibilities
Develops and introduces quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements.Coaches, mentor and conduct training for targeted organizations on quality.Assist in preparing & presenting quality management reports; Maintain and improve on the current quality documentation processes.Represent BU Quality & Reliability in Product Development Process (PDP) related activities.Advises design engineering on selection, application and test of components and systems.Recommends design or test methods and statistical process control procedures for achieving required levels of product reliability.Determines reliability requirements of components and systems to achieve company and customer reliability objectives.Participates in test and measurements, guide and assist in evaluation of data and results, recommend corrective actions.Makes recommendations for changes in the selection and application of components and systems. May propose changes in design or formulation to improve system and/or process reliability.Assist in the identification and ongoing management of critical parts.Facilitates FMECA, document component reliability projects and work with supplier and engineer to enable reliability test plan.Drive and support supplier Product Qualification Program (PQP) activities.Collaborate with Operations and BU teams to ensure alignment with Copy Exact (CE!) compliance requirements. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO standardsStrong problem-solving skills. Leads others to solve complex problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStrong Mechanical/Materials engineering fundamentals, Teamcenter experience is a plusKnowledge and experience in Design of Experiments, Data Analysis and Regression Modeling using JMP or any other toolsSkills in Microsoft Office and SAP Education & Experience
Bachelor's / master's degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement or Corporate Quality roles Additional Information
