How You'll Make an Impact Generate new business by prospecting and selling bundled Internet, video and voice services to small and medium-sized enterprises within your territoryDevelop and implement strategic Territory Plans under the guidance of the Sales Manager to expand the customer baseProvide subject matter expertise in products, systems and sales processes to support and mentor Account ExecutivesMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospecting efforts using Salesforce.com to maximize territory potentialPlace orders through order management software and collaborate with Account Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate administrative supportDemonstrate and practice advanced selling techniques while regularly participating in sales meetings and training Working Conditions Operate in both office and outdoor environments, including exposure to inclement weatherExperience moderate noise levels in various work settings

Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience Skills Desire for growth within the company and for helping to build the bench strength of the Spectrum Business teamKnowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on telephone and Internet fundamentals Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $57,400.00 and $113,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $64,800.
