Key Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of assigned projects by defining objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.Track project progress, risks, issues, and action items; proactively escalate concerns and support mitigation planning.Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.Ensure projects adhere to defined processes, quality standards, and organizational policies.Prepare and deliver concise project status updates for leadership and stakeholder reviewsGather, document, and translate business requirements into structured analysis or reporting needs.Support development and maintenance of dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports using BI tools.Perform data validation, basic testing, and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability of analytics outputs.Partner with teams to support analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.Assist in educating stakeholders on interpretation and usage of reports and dashboards. Education - Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Experience

2-6 years of relevant experience in project coordination, business analysis, operations analytics, or similar roles.Exposure to working in structured project or program environments. Skills & Competencies

Foundational understanding of project management concepts (planning, tracking, risk management, documentation).Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience working with data using tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical approaches.Familiarity with operational, manufacturing, or process-driven environments is a plus.Demonstrates logical, analytical thinking to solve moderately complex problems.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data and project updates clearly.Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing alignment through facts and structured communication.
