The Individual Funding Team provides a county-wide service, and is essentially responsible for managing mental health funding processes, when an external package of care is required. The team's profile has grown in recent years, with an increasingly diverse role, and it has become an integral and embedded resource within the organisation. The team works closely with the Local Authority when joint funding is required.

The post involves frequent travel, between the organisation's bases, and to local and more distant locations, where care packages are being delivered.
