How You'll Make an Impact
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules and optimize compensation workflows to meet organizational needsDevelop, debug and refine complex SQL queries and Fast Formulas for compensation data accuracy and reportingLead the creation and maintenance of annual compensation worksheets, supporting merit and bonus cyclesIdentify and resolve system issues through collaboration with compensation and HR technology teamsCreate, execute and document test scripts for unit and integration testing based on functional requirementsDeliver systems training and guidance to stakeholders throughout SpectrumSupport SOX compliance audit initiatives and contribute to systematic upgrade efforts for Oracle Fusion HCM

Required Qualifications
Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience Experience 5+ years in an HR technology or analytical role Skills Proficiency in writing, debugging and optimizing SQL queriesHands-on expertise in configuring and modifying Oracle Fusion HCM and Fast Formulas, focusing on compensationFamiliarity with Oracle HCM tables and role-based securityExperience designing and modifying Oracle BI Publisher reports and templatesData mining, validation, analysis and continuous process improvementProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Visio, SharePoint and PowerPointUnderstanding and application of SDLC and project methodologyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsCustomer service orientation, strategic thinking and analytical abilitiesEffective communication and project facilitation skillsAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishAbility to manage multiple projects, adapt to shifting priorities and work independentlySkill in partnering and influencing stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications
