Responsibilities:
Process employee records in our internal databases.Create new accounts and manage access permissionsHuman resources System auditsProviding assistance with HR strategy procedures.Assisting in reporting to executives and C-levels.Taking ownership of assigned projects.Conducting internal analysis and reporting for the department. As an HRIS Rockstar, you will learn about: HR metrics: staff, turnover, diversity, inclusionAnalysis: HRIS, BambooHr, audits, reports
