Support the supervision and development of Band 5 Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy students, and support staff. Contribute to service delivery across different teams or units as required, demonstrating flexibility to meet service needs. Promote person-centred care, independence, and positive outcomes for patients receiving Home First interventions.
