Job summary

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust, inclusive of Black Country Procurement Group and North Midlands and Cheshire Pathology Service. Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board This role is for 37.5 hours per week. Please note the role requires the postholder to be able to work as part of the existing admin team and will be Monday to Friday. Hybrid with a mix of office and home working.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Team Administrator to join our CAMHS Single Point of Access Service (SPA).

The post holder will be part of the Children's and Families Care Group based within the CAMHS SPA team delivering care to children, young people and families. The SPA is first point of clinical contact for CYP, families and referrers and offers consultation and advice prior to referral and during the triage phase.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team. The post holder will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with an ability to deal with sensitive and challenging situations.

Qualifications Essential

ECDL/CLAIT IT qualification or equivalent RSA Stage III Word Processing / Text Processing or equivalent Good standard of general education including English and Maths at GCSE Grade C or equivalent or Functional Skills (English and Maths) Level 2

Desirable

NVQ / Level 3 Business Administration Audio typing

Experience Essential

Previous experience of data input Experience of dealing with sensitive/distressing issues Relevant experience in administration role including dealing with telephone queries in a timely manner
