The Opportunity

Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for quality management? As Quality Assurance Manager, you will head a QA department at Power Transformers. You will lead and oversee all quality assurance activities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet company standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. How you'll make an impact

Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, analyzing data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.Oversee the inspection, testing, and validation of products, processes, and services throughout the entire lifecycle.Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to integrate quality principles into all stages of product development and delivery.Manage non-conformance processes, including investigation, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and verification of effectiveness.Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing lean methodologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce defects.Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and other relevant industry regulations. Your background

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.Documented progressive experience in quality assurance and experience from a managerial or leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or technology environment.Strong understanding of quality methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification is a plus.Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences in both Swedish and English.
