Commercial Finance Manager We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to support our continued growth and strengthen our Finance organisation, acting as a key business partner in strategic decision-making. As Commercial Finance Manager, reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you’ll partner closely with the CFO, Regional Directors, and functional leads across Marketing, Product, and Operations. You’ll provide strategic financial insight, challenge assumptions, and support decisions that drive profitability and long-term growth. You will be responsible for:
Partner with the Head of Commercial Finance and CFO to drive performance and deliver actionable insightsLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling for assigned business areasDevelop and evaluate business cases for new initiatives (e.g. marketing optimisation and market expansion)Provide financial analysis and scenario planning to guide strategic decisionsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Data, and Operations to ensure financial transparency and accountabilityContribute to the development of Treatwell’s Finance Business Partnering frameworkAbout You:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business5+ years’ experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business PartneringQualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA (or equivalent), with strong core financial skillsProven track record in Marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS environmentsAble to work at pace, with energy and curiosity in a fast-moving, high-growth environmentStrong financial acumen and proven ability to deliver data-driven insights that influence strategic decisionsDemonstrated success in P&L management and financial planningAdvanced Excel skills and confidence with BI / financial tools (e.g. Looker, Power BI, Anaplan)Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to partner effectively with Marketing, Product, and OperationsHands-on, “get things done” attitude with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetAnalytical, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentExcellent communication and influencing skills at senior levelWe'll treat you with:
