Client specific roles and responsibilities:Address payroll-related concerns via inbound and outbound phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution. Distribute invoices and pay-related documents, including sending paystubs and text notifications to employees. Draft and submit appeal letters in response to wage disputes or related matters. Represent the company in appeal hearings as needed, ensuring clear communication of relevant payroll information. Perform employment and wage verifications for external agencies, employers, or government bodies. Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Legal teams to support audits, appeals, and employee inquiries.Requirements
At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Back-Office AccountPayroll experience is a PLUSProficiency in using MS ExcelMust be detail orientedGood verbal and written English skillsWilling to work onsite in Buendia, MakatiAmenable working night shifts
