#LI-DNI#EasyApply Responsibilities Review ongoing product designs with stakeholders to ensure accessibility compliance with global standards Provide real-time feedback and guidance to design teams regarding accessibility best practices Annotate final designs for seamless handoff to the Product Team, ensuring alignment with client accessibility standards Collaborate with UX Designers to clarify accessibility requirements and convert them into actionable solutions Communicate accessibility outcomes and deliverables effectively with clients and cross-functional teams Plan and manage accessibility roadmaps, create detailed backlogs, and define stories to integrate accessibility into development cycles Conduct audits and assessments of designs, prototypes, and applications for WCAG 2.2 compliance Partner with developers throughout the development lifecycle to provide technical support and resolve accessibility issues Stay informed about updates in global accessibility standards and advocate for their adoption within the team Requirements 3+ years of professional experience in accessibility engineering and inclusive design practices Expertise in applying Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2) to web and mobile designs Proficiency in accessibility testing tools, screen readers, and assistive technologies (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver) Background in creating and annotating accessible design components for handoff to development teams Skills in backlog management, roadmap creation, and prioritizing accessibility stories within Agile frameworks Understanding of working with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders Capability to provide constructive, actionable feedback and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Proficiency in using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to evaluate accessibility B2 level of English or higher Nice to have Familiarity with ARIA practices for creating accessible, interactive components Knowledge of mobile accessibility standards and responsive design challenges Showcase of impactful accessibility initiatives executed with large distributed teams We offer Connectivity Bonus (15,000 ARS are paid with a salary receipt at the end of each month as a non-wages concept) Medicina Prepaga (It covers the collaborator and direct family group) Paternity Leave (Two additional days are added to what is established by law, total of 4 days) Discounts card English Training (English lessons, twice per week) Training Program (Access to multiple customized training plans according to the needs of each role within the company) Marriage bonus (The company doubles the allowance established by law that ANSES offers) Referral Program (Referral bonus is paid when the referral of a collaborator joins the Company) External Agreements and Discounts Vacations: 14 calendar days a year By applying to our role, you are agreeing that your personal data may be used as in set out in EPAM's Privacy Notice and Policy.
