The CSG Professional Services Analytics team supports the Professional Services business within the Customer Success Group (CSG). We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Analyst for the Professional Services Sales Analytics team.
This individual will contribute to our efforts in transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights and dashboards for our Professional Services sales team and Global Commercial Office (GCO). This role would support EMEA operations but also work on global initiatives/projects.
Responsibilities
Assist in wrangling data using Salesforce, SQL, Snowflake, and Tableau to discover patterns, correlate findings, and measure the impact on the business and key metricsCreate interactive and intuitive visualisations using TableauDevelop a deep understanding of enterprise data and operational details of the business (e.g. forecasting, pipeline, bookings, data quality)Automate manual reporting processes and improve data qualityTroubleshoot data issues/inconsistencies and bugs, and recommend/make enhancements to existing dashboards/reportsPartner with and consult Professional Services sellers and sales leadership to provide accurate data/information and make recommendations for how to run the business Required Qualifications:
