What the role is
Support film and photography residencies and data management.
What you will be doing
Support the upload of all video and photo material to the Asset Bank.Make backups for every production of the film residency programAudit and correct the photographic material in the waiting room according to the categories and the type of content generated from all locations.Upload videos content of Selina Film Residency in the Asset Bank.Provide shared drives for Selina Film Residency when filmmaker needs more drive spaceOrganize and move files from shared drives to original project foldersAuditing of the existing location content.Create monthly collectionsUpdate the video tutorial and guidelinesDo maintenance of EVERY SINGLE location, country, region.Revamp and update tagsRevamp and update metaproperties (name of rooms, name of products)Find a strategy to link images to files from the document productions (release forms, contracts), etc. What you need for the role
Basic knowledge in photography productionCreative and aesthetic skillsData management interestOrganized and methodicalLaguagues: English (mandatory), plus Spanish or Portuguese What can you expect
