At Fullscript, we are on a mission to scale whole-person care by connecting providers and patients with evidence-based supplement, lifestyle, and integrative care solutions. As a Clinical Advisor, you will serve as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to healthcare providers, helping practices and health systems integrate Fullscript into patient care.

This is a provider-facing, field-based role focused on building relationships, educating clinicians, supporting sales efforts, and driving adoption of Fullscript’s platform and supplement solutions. You will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, and Product teams to understand provider needs, demonstrate clinical value, and support successful implementation and ongoing engagement.

What You'll Do

Partner with Providers in the Field

Meet directly with physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacists, dietitians, and clinical staff in practices and health systems. Develop trusted relationships with clinical stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert on supplementation, whole-person care, and Fullscript solutions. Conduct in-office visits, provider education sessions, lunch-and-learns, workshops, and clinical presentations.

Support Enterprise Sales Efforts

Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and Solution Consultants throughout the sales cycle. Participate in discovery meetings to understand clinical workflows, patient populations, and practice goals. Demonstrate how Fullscript supports patient outcomes, provider efficiency, adherence, and practice growth.

Deliver Clinical Education

Educate providers on evidence-informed supplement protocols, product selection, quality standards, and clinical applications. Present clinical evidence and emerging research in a practical, provider-friendly manner. Support regional and national conferences, customer events, webinars, and educational programs.

Drive Adoption and Growth

Support onboarding and activation of new enterprise customers. Identify opportunities to expand utilization within provider groups and health systems. Gather customer feedback and share market insights with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams.

Represent the Voice of the Provider

Maintain a strong understanding of provider challenges, market trends, and competitive solutions. Help shape messaging, educational resources, and clinical content that resonates with healthcare professionals. Act as a clinical ambassador for Fullscript in the marketplace.

Who You Are A Clinician with Strong Commercial Acumen

You have clinical experience working directly with patients and providers and understand the realities of modern healthcare delivery. You are comfortable operating in a sales environment and partnering closely with commercial teams.

A Supplement and Integrative Care Expert

You possess deep knowledge of nutritional supplementation, evidence-informed integrative medicine, and whole-person care approaches. You can confidently discuss clinical applications, quality standards, ingredient considerations, and research with healthcare providers.

An Exceptional Relationship Builder

You establish credibility quickly with clinicians and healthcare leaders. You are comfortable presenting to individuals, small groups, and large provider audiences.

A Self-Starter

You thrive in a field-based environment with significant autonomy. You are energized by travel, customer engagement, and helping providers improve patient care.

What You Bring

Active clinical license or credential (ND, DC, PharmD, RD/RDN, NP, PA, RN, MD, DO, or equivalent). 5+ years of clinical experience in healthcare delivery, integrative medicine, functional medicine, nutrition, pharmacy, or related settings. Demonstrated expertise in dietary supplements, nutritional therapeutics, and evidence-based integrative care. Experience working directly with healthcare providers in a consultative, educational, sales, or advisory capacity. Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to travel up to 60–70% throughout the United States.

Bonus if You Have

Experience in provider-facing sales, clinical sales, medical affairs, practice consulting, or healthcare business development. Experience supporting physician practices, health systems, or enterprise healthcare organizations. Familiarity with functional medicine, integrative medicine, lifestyle medicine, or personalized care models. Experience in digital health, healthcare SaaS, supplements, nutraceuticals, medical foods, or related healthcare industries. Existing network within integrative, functional, or complementary medicine communities.
