About the RoleOur client is a growing boutique fitness business in California approaching $1M in revenue. As they scale, they need a skilled Media Buyer who can own our paid ad strategy end-to-end across Google and Meta, while also supporting local visibility through SEO. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, optimize, and report on campaigns that drive real results.
What You'll Do
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns, including budget allocation and bidding strategySet up and maintain conversion tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag ManagerOptimize our Google Business Profile and support local SEO effortsWrite compelling ad copy tailored to our audience (adults 30+)Build and manage retargeting and lookalike audiences on MetaDeliver clear performance reports with ROAS analysis and actionable insights
Requirements
Proven experience managing Google and Meta ad campaigns for US-based businessesHands-on proficiency with Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, GA4, and GTM (required)Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimizationStrong copywriting skills for paid adsAbility to build retargeting and lookalike audiences on MetaClear written communication in EnglishExperience working with service businesses or fitness/wellness brands is a plusBenefits
