This is the role - What you will do:
As a Hardware Project Manager, you will lead and execute projects focused on product hardware development and modifications. You will manage projects from ideation to launch, ensuring smooth collaboration across R&D, production, sourcing, quality, and other functions. The projects include implementing changes or introducing new features to existing products.
Your responsibilities include:
Managing all stages of hardware projects from initiation to completion
Planning schedules, estimating resources, and hosting Gate reviews
Tracking progress and reporting status to stakeholders
Ensuring effective implementation of product changes into production
Resolving issues and maintaining project documentation
Facilitate strong cross-functional collaboration and daily project leadership

This could be you
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product development, mechanics, electronics, or similar field
Proven experience in project management and product development/change projects
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project)
Experience working together with production and sourcing
Fluency in Finnish and English
A systematic, detail-oriented team player with strong leadership and communication skills
