Department: Title IX Location: Reamer Campus Center Supervisor: Ann Ciancia Work available: Office hours M-F Pay rate: $9.70/hr Number of Positions available: 3
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Support daily office operations by greeting visitors, assisting with phone calls
• Contribute to ideas and feedback about the Office of Title IX and other Civil rights information
• Social media: assist with creating marketing materials and social media content to promote resources, events, and office initiatives
• Education: support the development and distribution of educational office materials by increasing awareness of campus resources
• Programming: assist with planning, coordinating, and implementing educational programming for campus community
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Supporting the office's mission with an overall understanding of Title IX and Title VI
• Ability to have discretion when handling sensitive information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional setting
Location: Schenectady, NY
