We are recruiting to place a Scheduling Coordinator on behalf of our US-Client, who is a premier provider of ABA therapy.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and keeping things organised. You will play an important role in coordinating schedules between families and therapists, ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.,
PLEASE NOTEWorking Hours: Monday – Friday | 15:00 PM – 12:00 AM (midnight) South African time. These working hours are subject to change depending on US daylight savings and/or the operational requirements of the company.Work Environment: This is a fully remote working role. You will be required to work on both South African and US public holidays (compensation for SA public holidays in accordance with the BCEA).Internet Requirements: A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. Power Backup: A reliable power backup solution is required to manage load shedding and power outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate appointments between families and therapists efficientlyCommunicate with families and therapists via phone, email, and other communication channels professionallyAssist with scheduling, rescheduling, and managing complex appointment changesMaintain accurate scheduling records and update internal systems accordinglyResolve scheduling conflicts in a professional, empathetic, and timely mannerBuild and maintain positive relationships with both families and therapistsWork closely with the Scheduling Manager to ensure smooth daily operationsFollow up proactively to ensure appointments are confirmed, locked in, and completedDeliver exceptional customer service during every single interactionRequirements
