About this role
PRIMARY DUTIES:
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing and assisting with annual budget process and capital expenditures. Ability to analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Develop and meet manufacturing process goals.
• Monitor and regulate productivity levels.
• Monitor and regulate quality and manufacturing costs through effective management of resources.
• Establish policies and procedures relating to the manufacturing process.
• Participate or lead Strategic Action Plans, Quick Fixes, and Continuous Improvement Teams.
• Responsible for reporting manufacturing metrics and key performance indicators.
• Provide leadership and training in the development of the culture and employees through collaboration, team building, growth, etc.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
• Four to six years manufacturing experience required.
• Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) required. Knowledge of AX operating system a plus.
SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
• This position has supervisory responsibilities.
