Senior Care Assistant (Medication Trained)
Location: St Georges Lodge, Worthing Hours: 36 hours per week (2-week rolling rota) – Day shifts only Salary: £13.85 per hour + weekend enhancements

We are recruiting a Senior Care Assistants (Medication Trained) to join our friendly, supportive team at St Georges Lodge, a calm 26-bed residential care home in Worthing.
Every resident is known as an individual, and care is genuinely personal.
Your Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:
• Lead shifts and support the care team
• Administer medication
• Update care plans and maintain accurate records
• Liaise with families and healthcare professionals
• Support, guide, and mentor care staff
• Promote high standards of person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, wellbeing, and daily living needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist residents living with dementia
