Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Sales Executive to drive sales growth across cafés, coffee shops, and casual HORECA outlets in Dubai and nearby emirates. This role is ideal for candidates from a barista or café background who have transitioned into sales and possess a minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Actively visit cafés and coffee shops to promote and sell premium beverage products (Matcha, plant-based milk, etc.) Identify, target, and onboard new café accounts across the UAE Build and maintain strong relationships with café owners, managers, and decision-makers Conduct product demonstrations, tastings, and basic sales presentations Manage follow-ups, orders, and customer feedback efficiently Achieve monthly sales targets and outlet onboarding goals Represent the brand professionally and consistently in the marketRequirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience is a MUST (preferably in cafés, HORECA, beverages, or FMCG) Café or barista background with proven sales experience is highly preferred Strong understanding of café operations, beverage menus, and customer buying behavior Valid UAE driving license – mandatory Comfortable with outdoor sales, field visits, and relationship-driven selling Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Presentable, confident, and target-oriented mindset Passion for coffee, beverages, and café culture is a strong advantageBenefits
