About the RoleWe're hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume inbound sales environment. You'll handle 60–90 inbound leads per week, closing deals quickly through short, consultative sales conversations. This isn't just a sales job—it's an opportunity to grow into a leadership position as we expand our team.
What You'll DoDaily Sales Activities:
Answer and manage 60–90 inbound leads per week via phone, email, and CRMConvert prospects into customers through short, focused sales calls (typically 10–15 minutes)Make strategic outbound calls to warm leads for follow-up and conversionProvide exceptional customer service throughout the sales processBuild rapport quickly and identify customer needs to offer tailored solutionsTrack all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRMCollaborate with the service operations team using Housecall ProAs You Grow:
Develop deep product knowledge and sales techniquesMentor and support new sales team members as the team expandsContribute ideas for process improvements and sales strategiesTransition into a Sales Team Lead role, coaching and guiding other representativesRequirements
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications:
1+ years of inside sales or customer service experienceExcellent verbal communication skills with strong English proficiency and minimal accentProven ability to close deals and meet sales targetsComfortable handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environmentNatural relationship-builder who connects easily with customersSelf-motivated with a results-driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote settingPreferred Qualifications:

Within the next few months, as we hire additional sales representatives, we'll promote one SDR to Sales Team Lead. This person will:
