Cold Email ExpertAbout the Role
We're looking for a skilled Cold Email Expert to own and optimize our entire cold email outreach process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team by building highly targeted campaigns, managing deliverability, and continuously testing and improving performance. This role is critical to our growth and requires someone who understands the technical and strategic sides of cold email at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full cold email process A–Z, including: Prospect research, list building, and audience segmentationSetting up and managing cold email tools, inboxes, and domainsWriting and optimizing cold email copy and multi-touch sequencesManaging domain warmup, deliverability, and inbox healthLaunching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns in real timeA/B testing subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and send schedulesTracking performance metrics and reporting on campaign resultsDelivering qualified leads consistently to our sales teamRequirements
Proven experience managing cold email campaigns with measurable results (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)Proficiency with cold email platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly (required); familiarity with Lemlist or Woodpecker is a plusExperience with lead sourcing and enrichment tools like Apollo, Clay, Hunter.io, Snov.io, or similar platformsStrong understanding of inbox setup, domain management, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, and deliverability best practicesExcellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach that drives repliesExperience in B2B lead generation is requiredExperience in financial services, lending, MCA, or business funding is a strong plus, but not required if you can demonstrate strong cold email results in other B2B sectorsData-driven mindset with a focus on testing, optimization, and continuous improvementStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishTarget Audience
You'll be reaching out to small business owners in the United States, primarily in industries that commonly seek working capital and business funding. Understanding the pain points and decision-making process of this audience is key to success in this role.
Working Hours
This is a full-time remote position. You should be available to work US hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST) to collaborate with our internal team and align campaigns with US-based prospects. Some flexibility on overlap hours may be considered for the right candidate.

Success in this role is measured by:
Consistent delivery of qualified leads for the sales teamStrong and improving campaign metrics, including: Open ratesReply ratesPositive reply ratesMeetings bookedWell-maintained deliverability (healthy inboxes, minimal spam issues, strong sender reputation)Continuous testing and optimization of campaigns to improve performance over timeSpecific monthly KPIs will be established, but this role is ultimately judged on lead quality and consistency, not just volume.
