About this role
We are seeking an experienced Physician to join our Occupational Health team here in Charlotte.
Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based medical care to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments, diagnose illnesses, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff, to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Manage chronic conditions, perform preventive care, and promote wellness through patient education and counseling.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable healthcare regulations, policies, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other department heads and administrators to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active and unrestricted medical licensure in the state of North Carolina.
• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine).
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a related health setting.
