As a Manager Finance, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, compliance, financial planning and analysis and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in financial reporting, tax compliance, and enhancing financial systems, contributing to the organization's overall strategy.
What you will bring to Rayn as a Manager Finance
Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage annual budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Monitor monthly budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct detailed variance analysis, trend analysis, and assist in financial modeling.
Financial and Tax Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and reporting guidelines.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls to safeguard the organization’s financial integrity.
• Collaborate with tax advisors, prepare tax filings, and provide documentation for audits.
• Optimise tax strategies to minimise liabilities while maintaining compliance.
Treasury Management:
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships.
• Implement efficient procedures to optimise working capital and minimise financial risk.
Financial Transaction Processing:
• Execute and record payroll processing, financial transactions, including OPEX, CAPEX, accounts payable, and receivable.
• Maintain precision in financial data entry and reconciliation.
Record Keeping:
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Organise financial documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
Audit Preparation and Documentation:
• Preparation of the documentation for audits, by making separate accounts through trail balance/ GLs and shared with auditors
• Provide necessary documentation to support the audit process.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address financial inquiries and streamline processes.
• Support any other tasks given by Senior Management
Your qualifications
• Chartered Accountant or ACCA / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience of Big 4 audit firm will be preferred
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations particularly relating to employees’ benefits
• Proficiency in financial & HR software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
