About this role
Core Responsibilities: • Perform cleaning in the front areas of the food and beverage outlets or other assigned food venue. • Perform cleaning of the floor area of food and beverage outlets or assigned venue. • Perform specialized deep cleaning and service of escalator, elevator, tile floors, carpets, etc. • Cleaning casino and lobby bathrooms. • Cleaning and maintaining all casino machines and chairs. • Perform high dusting in the casino. • Removing garbage; empting and cleaning trashcans, walls and sweeping of areas. • Perform other cleaning duties as needed to maintain a clean and sanitized area. • Operate all and maintain cleaning equipment in a safe and proper manner. • Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Perform as a team member and assist fellow associates to ensure a smooth operation. • Assist in cleaning of the equipment/appliances and correcting situations of possible accident. • Maintain daily documentation on cleaning of all equipment. • Must Role Model Company guest service program. • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalency degree preferred. • Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License. • Able to lift and carry up to thirty pounds frequently • Requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing and pulling • Use of ladder and step stool • Standing and walking minimum of eight hour of shift. • Exposed to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons, including variable temperatures and wet and/or humid conditions • Occasionally exposed to hazardous materials when responding to spills or suspicious • Substance calls. • Gaming environment – noise level may be moderate to high during busy times • Weekends, Holidays and swing shift work may be required.
