About this role
Southland Transportation (STL) is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support its Geraldton-based transportation operations. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Dispatcher plays a key role in ensuring the safe and reliable movement of students by coordinating drivers, tracking route performance, and resolving real-time service issues. This is a full-time position worked as a split-shift from 6:30 am to 11:00 am and 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
