About this role
The Behavioral Health Technician is a member of a multi-disciplinary care team who facilitates skill development and serves as direct care in the milieu for the customer-owners in a program. This person facilitates and supports customer-owner care that is highly interactive and participatory where customer-owners have the opportunity to build, share, and express knowledge through open dialogue around issues or problems with a focus on the customer-owner’s outcomes. This person is responsible for ensuring a safe and supportive treatment environment.
