About this role
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Human Resource (HR) Generalist is responsible for providing comprehensive employee relations, administrative, and technical support grounded in HR best practices. This position partners closely with employees and supervisors to guide performance management, identify resources for employee support, training, and development, and facilitate constructive conflict resolution. The HR Generalist ensures SCF policies and procedures are clearly understood and consistently applied in various employment scenarios. This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.
