About this role
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Capital Projects Grants Manager serves as the project manager for all capital grantors, leading the planning, coordination, and regulatory compliance of grant-related capital development projects across SCF’s service area. This role is critical to ensuring compliance of capital grants funded projects and SCF’s infrastructure investments—such as healthcare facilities and rural provider housing—are strategically developed, grant-compliant, and aligned with organizational priorities. The Capital Planner provides guidance on federal and grant requirements during pre-construction phases and works in close collaboration with the facilities leadership and Construction Project Managers.
